Reservation and Rates

Our policies:

At most four adults and four children (less than 12 years old) per villa.
Please do not smoke tobacco in the villas; we would prefer that you smoke on the porch.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12 PM (noon). If you need an earlier check-in time or a later check-out time, please contact us.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Our refund policies:

If you need to cancel a reservation, the amount refunded depends on when you notify us:
- More than 5 days prior to your arrival date … the full amount is refunded.
- 5 or fewer days prior to your arrival date … 80% of the amount is refunded.
We understand that sometimes events occur that are out of your control. If you have a special case for your cancellation, please contact us.

Our Rates

Use the form below to submit your reservation request to Las Villas del Guayabo. The rental-rate per villa per day depends on the number of adults (aged 12 years and older) in your party:

While we won't hold a reservation for a cash payment, you can contact us for a same-day rental and pay with cash when you arrive. If you pay with colones, we will use the colones-to-dollars conversion rate quoted by Banco Costa Rica (BCR).If you have an account with a Costa Rican bank, you can transfer funds to our bank to pay for your stay. Your reservation is confirmed when you have completed the transfer and contacted us. If we do not receive your transfer within 48 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.You do not need an account with PayPal to use this payment option, where you use either your bank account or credit card as your payment method. When you pay with PayPal, your reservation is confirmed immediately!

If you are planning an Amateur Radio adventure and need antennae setup, please note that there will be an additional fee depending on your requirements.

Airport Transportation

We can pick you up or drop you off at the Liberia airport (LIR), for an additional fee ($25.00 each way) — per person. Please note that this fee is applicable for flights arriving or leaving Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm; all other times, the fee is $75.00 each way, per person.
